Sligo Harbour Commissioners appointed Atkins as Masterplanners for the redevelopment study of Sligo Harbour. The project involved the formulation of a strategy for re-developing the harbour area, with outline proposals for individual sites. Atkins provided Project Management services co-ordinating the planning, architectural and property advisors inputs. Outline proposals for a total of twelve individual sites were developed and examined against market conditions and various re-development criteria.
