Dublin Airport Logistics Park
Atkins has provided architectural design services for a new logistics facility for DHL on a 5.3-hectare greenfield site within the Dublin Airport Logistics Park between the realigned N2 and Dublin airport. The warehouse facility is circa 14,000 square metres and incorporates 52 dock loading bays and 118 van doors. Ancillary office accommodation comprises of a 2-story block with various internal supplementary accommodation within the warehouse to facilitate operations. Atkins' multi-disciplinary team included Architecture, Structural / Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Fire Engineering and Health & Safety
