Description
  • The site comprises over 300 acres of woodland, marine and meadowlands. Following the preparation of a constraints report and masterplan, Atkins produced planning drawings and documentation for a development comprising a golf academy, an equestrian centre and 85 supporting holiday homes. Included new sewerage treatment works, new site access and internal roads, utilities, services and structures.
