Description
  • The stadium opened in April 2000, and has recently been nominated for a Construction Excellence Award by the Construction Industry Federation and Irish Building Magazine. Atkins was responsible for the Civil and Structural Engineering Design of the landmark enclosed grandstand with a planar glazed facade and a dramatic cantilevered roof. Atkins also designed the greyhound racing track and the external works.
