  • The Victoria Square Regeneration Project is a major retail-led mixed use scheme for the Victoria Square area in Belfast. Atkins has been appointed by the client's insurers to carry out the Technical Inspection Service for the Victoria Square Regeneration Project for Inherent Defects Insurance. This entails carrying out technical inspections on all aspects of the works from preliminary and detailed design, demolition works, sub-structure and super structure construction works with completion sign-off confirming that the building is free of defect and suitable for IDI cover.
