Description
  • Ballinamore is a mixed use development incorporating retail, office space, residential and underground carparking. The top two floors consist of 26 duplex units. A 2,500m2 Office Block adjoins the retail space. Atkins provided Civil and Structural consultancy services for the 3-storey plus basement development. The structure is comprised of an RC frame with precast flooring elements and steel structure top floor and roof. Civils design incorporated foul/stormwater drainage and road design.
