Description
  • The development includes 600 residential units, a retail shopping centre, a multiplex cinema, a retail warehousing park, a business technology park, an industrial park, offices, a hotel, a national trade centre, a bar and an entertainment venue. Atkins was responsible for the design and site supervision of all the main infrastructural arteries within the site, including roads, watermains, sewers, gas and telecoms ducting, a 100m3 foul pumping station and three stormwater outfalls.
