Justin is a Chartered Engineer and Director with Atkins. He is currently the head of the Engineering, Water and Environment Departments of the Atkins Ireland Business Unit. He has worked within the engineering industry for 15 years and joined the Atkins team in 2003. Since joining Atkins he has worked as a senior civil/structural engineer and project manager on a broad range of infrastructure and design projects in the public and private sectors. Justin has extensive experience in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, educational, healthcare, leisure, residential, water and transport projects. He has managed projects from inception stage through planning process, detailed design and construction supervision stages under various forms of contract.

Bernadette O'Connell BA is an Environmental Scientist and Chartered Landscape Architect with 18 years experience in carrying out environmental assessment work for Infrastructure and Site Development projects in Ireland, UK and Asia. Bernadette has been employed with Atkins for 9 years.
