Deliverables	Environmental Constraints Report, Route Selection Report Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for approximately 3km of new road This work included surveys and reporting from our team of archaeologists, agricultural consultants, noise and air specialists, landscape and visual consultants, ecologists, water quality, hydrology and hydrogeology team and our traffic engineers.
Results Achieved	We assisted in the planning submission for this complex development by demonstrating that the key issues of visual impact, traffic and earthmoving (cut and fill balances) could be achieved. We assisted our Roads team in selection of the most suitable road alignment in terms of minimising the impacts to the existing environment and provided mitigation measures to reduce and avoid significant effects resulting along the route and to the local residents. Planning permission was granted.
