  • Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for large 450 bedroom hotel close to M50 and airport.
Results Achieved
  • This work included compliance with a local area plan/masterplan for the wider development and required specific mitigation for visual, archaeological and traffic. Landscape design involved consideration of weight bearing of soil and trees over the underground car park, providing some degree of screening of the development for surrounding residential properties and at the same time allowing potential visitors to see into the grounds of the site from adjacent roads. Planning permission was granted.
