  • Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for private clinic in Cork
Results Achieved
  • Working with Atkins Healthcare we prepared an EIA for a new clinic on a challenging site. Key issues were visibility of the building on an exposed site which had a prominent ridge line designation, an historic railway line and habitats for protected species. Landscape design involved providing advice on location of building and specifying adequate screen planting, design of attractive feature planting and paving around building entrances. Planning permission was granted.
