Deliverables	Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a development comprising a pier extension of 100m, 2 No. armoured breakwaters of 150m and 212m, and a 225-berth marina.
Results Achieved	This work included surveys and reporting from our team of marine biologists, archaeologists, noise and air specialists, landscape and visual consultants, ecologists, water quality, hydrology and hydrogeology team and our traffic engineers. Our team of landscape architects assisted the project engineers and architects in refining the development masterplan to minimise impacts on local residents and users of the harbour and to assimilate the development into the pedestrian and vehicular circulation of the town. Planning permission was granted.
