Jack Sheehan
Director of Highways
Jack was appointed to overall responsibility for the Atkins roads and bridges business in Ireland in 2004. This business has since grown to include 85 professionals in the Dublin and Cork offices. Jack's 27 years experience covers the fields of highways, bridges, drainage, wastewater and strategic planning. Jack's detailed engineering experience combined with his understanding of local government and statutory procedures and processes, gained on a wide variety of strategic infrastructure projects, contributes to providing the best advice to our clients on their highways and bridge projects and to the direction and successful delivery of these projects.

Tony Mortimer
Head of Highways Dublin
Tony is a Director in the Dublin office and has worked for Atkins in Ireland, the UK and other countries. Tony is a chartered Civil Engineer with 17 years experience in both roads and bridges projects. Tony expertise provides him with a wide variety of skills to successfully deliver our projects according to our clients needs.

Richard Neuling
Head of Highways Cork
Richard is a Chartered Civil Engineer who has worked with Atkins since 1990 and for Atkins Ireland since 1999.
Richard is a Chartered Engineer and Technical Director of Atkins with twenty years experience in all aspects of the planning,
design and construction of highway schemes in Ireland and the UK. Richard established and managed the Atkins highways group in Cork of up to 30 staff at peak.
He is currently Project Manager for the design of the M50 Upgrade PPP scheme involving up to 150 staff in multiple office locations.
Richard has particular experience in D&B and PPP Contracts, contract administration and dispute resolution,
statutory processes including EIS and CPO and has given evidence at public oral hearings.
