Atkins Ireland is the market leader in water pricing and water metering. We have written the agreements for the provision of water and waste water services by the local authorities to private industries. And we have written the national notes for guidance for water metering on behalf of the Department of the Environment, Heritage & Local Government (DEHLG).

Starting with the Sligo pilot project, we have acted as employer's representative for a further seven nondomestic water metering projects on behalf of a total of 13 local authorities in Ireland.
