Justin Norman
Director, Ireland
Justin is a Chartered Engineer and Director with Atkins. He is currently the head of the Engineering, Water and Environment Departments of the Atkins Ireland Business Unit. He has worked within the engineering industry for 15 years and joined the Atkins team in 2003. Since joining Atkins he has worked as a senior civil/structural engineer and project manager on a broad range of infrastructure and design projects in the public and private sectors. Justin has extensive experience in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, educational, healthcare, leisure, residential, water and transport projects. He has managed projects from inception stage through planning process, detailed design and construction supervision stages under various forms of contract.

Paramjeet Mankoo
Senior Project Manager
Paramjeet Mankoo is Senior Project Manager in Atkins with over 13 years experience in the project management, planning, detailed design, procurement for wastewater schemes, SUDs and Site development projects. He has significant experience in the urban drainage design, drainage area plan and assessment of complex sewerage systems using hydraulic modelling softwares. He is working in the capacity of Business Representative for Drainage Area Plans for Atkins Ireland. Through his efforts the Dublin Water Business has been recognised as Centre of Excellence for Drainage Area Planning within the wider Atkins Business. Paramjeet previously worked in India on World Bank, ADB, UNDP and UNICEF funded wastewater projects. He has an extensive experience on hydraulic modelling & design software viz. InfoWorksCS, MicroDrainage and SewerCAD
